Hi, I'm happy we get to be aware of each other's existence on this flying ball of matter through space! My hope is that it will contribute to both of our time here - you can further your business operations and aspirations, and I can find fulfillment in that.
I'm an Operations Manager specializing in the human and organizational side of making things move efficiently and thoroughly. I excel at facilitating difficult conversations, and coaching you through navigating tricky or uncomfortable situations. I also thoroughly enjoy organizing processes, thoughts and ideas to benefit both internal operations, and outward marketing.
